Akashic records
In the religion of Theosophy and the spiritual movement of Anthroposophy, the Akashic records are believed to be a compendium of all universal events, thoughts, words, emotions, and intent ever to have occurred in the past, present, or future, regarding not just humans, but all entities and life forms. They are believed by theosophists to be encoded in a non-physical plane of existence known as the mental plane.
Akasha (ākāśa आकाश) is the Sanskrit word for “aether”, “sky”, or “atmosphere”.
The Akashic Records are a mystical compendium believed to contain a record of all events, thoughts, emotions, and intentions of every life form that has ever existed, currently exists, or will exist. Considered a collective consciousness or the “mind of God”, they are not a physical place but an energetic field that can be accessed through states of deep meditation, intention, or altered consciousness to gain wisdom, find answers to life’s challenges, and foster spiritual growth.
